MAINTENANCE WORKER

The foundation is immediately looking for an enthusiastic MAINTENANCE WORKER for a fixed-term position, 40 hours per week.

The maintenance man/woman is responsible for carrying out maintenance work on the buildings and grounds of SAF:

• Performs regular scheduled inspections of SAF buildings and grounds in consultation with the facilities coordinator;
• Carries out minor repair and maintenance work;
• Carries out minor painting tasks;
• Takes care of garden maintenance;
• Maintains tools and materials, as well as emergency equipment, and reports to the facilities coordinator when replacements are needed;
• Conducts the annual inventory of tools and materials together with the facilities coordinator; and
• Familiarizes themselves with safety regulations and acts accordingly.

Competencies:
• Customer-focused, honest, accurate, and able to work independently.
• Professional and quality oriented.
• Team player, with a positive attitude and motivation.

Job Level:
• Technical knowledge of automotive mechanics (preferred);
• Knowledge of (safety) regulations and guidelines;
• Practical driving skills;
• Skills and knowledge in first aid;
• Ability to interact with clients with intellectual and/or physical disabilities;
• Skills in operating various vehicles and tools, and performing minor daily maintenance on equipment, buildings, and grounds;
• Verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and Papiamentu.

Requirements:
• A completed VMBO (pre-vocational secondary education) in a relevant field;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
• Driving license B & D;
• First Aid certificate (preferred).

NURSE CAS BRIYANTE

For its location Cas Briyante in San Nicolaas, the foundation is immediately looking for an enthusiastic NURSE (male/female) for an indefinite period of time, 40 hours a week.

Based on the vision and mission of Ambiente Feliz, the position of supervisor is necessary to offer clients tailor-made care based on their request for help. The supervisors offer daily activities according to a fixed structure to promote their self-reliance and meaningful leisure activities. They support the clients, where necessary, in the ADL and HDL. They are also competent in performing certain care actions, such as distributing medication. Based on their role as mentors, they coordinate the care of the clients and are responsible for maintaining contacts with the network.

You can become our new colleague if you:

1. Have completed a Nursing IG (level 3), Nursing (level 4) or Welfare (level 4) education;

2. Have worked in (disabled) care for at least 1 year;

3. Can work independently, but also well in a team;

4. Are responsible, flexible, organizational and communicative;

5. Are in possession of a B and possibly D driver's license and is able to drive manual;

6. Are fluent in Papiamento and have a good command of Dutch, both verbally and in writing; and

Based on the vision and mission of Ambiente Feliz, the position of supervisor is necessary to offer clients tailor-made care based on their request for help. For its location Cas Curason in Santa Cruz and location Cas Briyante in San Nicolaas, the foundation is IMMEDIATELY looking for an enthusiastic SUBSTITUTE CLEANER (man/woman) for a fixed period of time, a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

The SUBSTITUTE CLEANER takes care of the daily hygiene inside and around the facilities. To monitor the health of our clients and staff and to prevent pests, the facilities are fully cleaned every day. At the Cas Briyante location, the care of the laundry is also part of the work of the cleaner.

You can become our new substitute if you:

1. Have at least 1 year of experience in the service industry;

2. Can work independently, but also well in a team;

3. Are responsible and flexible; and

4. Are willing to work at both locations.

We prefer a person with demonstrable skills who can be deployed flexibly. Also on weekends.

The CLEANER takes care of the daily hygiene inside and around the facilities. To monitor the health of our clients and staff and to prevent pests, the facilities are fully cleaned every day. At the Cas Briyante location, the care of the laundry is also part of the work of the housekeeper.

You can become our new substitute if you:

1. Have at least 1 year of experience in the service industry;
